Initial evaluation
The first step is to check all of the information submitted. Things such as: images, proof of purchase, condition, size, colour, etc. Here we can identify any irregularities, defects or fakes.
In-hand check
The most important step. We perform a multi-point inspection across the entire product before it’s available for sale. Every product is reviewed to ensure that it meets with the original manufacturers standards of quality.
Things we look out for:
- Product packaging: is the packaging authentic; does it match the product.
- Product materials: are all the materials used in the product genuine.
- Product construction: do all seams, stitching, gluing, and other construction details correspond to the product.
