PRICING

We determine the price of each item based on its current market value which can vary by demand, model, size and quantity produced.Our goal is to sell each item at the fairest possible price.

Please note: Prices can fluctuate according to the supply and demand for a product.

AUTHENTICITY

Every product acquired has been through a rigorous control check, and requires a proof of purchase to make sure of their authenticity. Way--v.com guarantees the authenticity and condition of every item sold so that customers can purchase products with complete confidence.

Our authentication process ensures that each item is reviewed several times before the item is available for sale. Additionally, we require our sellers to have proof of purchase. To learn more about our authentication process, please click here.

All the products we sell are brand new and 100% authentic. We also guarantee that they come with the original box/packaging and all the original accessories.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Yes, you might be able to cancel or change your order before it has entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately after placing your order to cancel or request any changes. If you modify an order and its price changes, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we will reimburse you for any overpayment.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns. A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, meaning we sell items on behalf of the consignor. Consignors are paid out shortly after their item is sold.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We prepare each customer’s order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All footwear orders are carefully bubble wrapped outside of the shoe box and placed in a protective shipping box.

To ensure your order arrives as fast as possible, we aim to process and dispatch all orders the same day. We ship orders Monday to Saturday.

Yescustomers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties and taxes on top of the purchase price.

- All international shipments are tracked and insured.

All shipping options except Standard Delivery are fully tracked. Once your order is dispatched, we will send your tracking information via email. On this confirmation, we will include a Royal Mail or Parcel Force tracking number, which you can enter into https://www.royalmail.com item or https://www.parcelforce.com to monitor its progress.

If you provided a valid mobile number when placing your order, our delivery partner may also send you delivery notifications by SMS. 

SELLING

If you own a deadstock item, we will save you the trouble of selling it and assure you get the best possible deal. To sell a product:

1- Click on “SELL” in the menu.

2- Select the “Sell” option and fill out our online appraisal form.

3- Once completed, our team shall review your request within 48 hours. If your request is accepted, we will contact you with our price offer. 

4- When the price offered has been agreed upon, we will ask you to send it in for an evaluation. We cover all the shipping costs on items that are shipped for assessment.

If your item shows any issues such as damage, discoloration, or flaws, please be sure to photograph and describe it clearly.

Payments are issued by direct deposit within 24 to 48 hours after we review the item’s authenticity and condition.

• The seller agrees that all items submitted for sale are authentic and that they have made no intentional attempt to sell counterfeit products. If the item is discovered to be counterfeit, or significantly different from the pictures provided, you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

• We provide sellers with a free prepaid Royal Mail shipping label. The company will not be held responsible for items that are shipped using a different provider or not package it well. Way--v.com will not be held responsible for compensation or insurance cover.

CONSIGNING

Consignment is an arrangement in which individuals bring in their products for us to sell on their behalf. We carefully inspect each consigned item to ensure authenticity and also guarantee that they are brand new.
